Winemaking at The Winery SF begins in the field. We work with viticulturists from many of the finest and yet to be discovered vineyards across the North Coast, and are committed to producing a distinctive selection of wines at a value conscious price. With a commitment to sustainable farming practices, natural winemaking, our winemaker employs a minimal interventionist philosophy express the individual characteristics of the terroir and capturing that in the distinctive wines that are made. Our winemaking team is led by the philosophy of “making wine in the field” by searching out yet to be discovered vineyards and working with viticulturists to produce a great selection of wines at a price point that everyone can afford.
